This includes a web based interface, a site backup and restore utility, an e-mail manager, and FTP access.
There is no support for this account, though you may use the web based interface help files.
If you lose your web interface username/password, you may retrieve it from webvious.ca's main page by
clicking forgot your password.

Managed

This includes a ftp username/password, shell access username/password, mysql username/password, and the setup of any server
services that webvious.ca provides other than ftp, mysql, and shell access.
The support is e-mail Callback only, with a 24hr turn-around time. Any requests not made by e-mail will not be considered.

Corporate

This includes a ftp username/password, shell access username/password, mysql username/password, and the setup of any server
services that webvious.ca provides other than ftp, mysql, and shell access.
The support is 9-5 telephone support.
